We just got back from our trip to LA for the Sound Virus showcase. It
was
lots of fun; thanks to all the kids for coming out, and thanks to Mikey
Ott
for setting it up. Thanks also to all the other bands that played,
everyone
was amazing.
Our summer tour with the Red Light Sting is quickly approaching. The
tour
starts on July 3 in Portland, though we don't have all the info yet.
Keep
checking the site iq option demo singapore for updates, we should have the dates posted fairly
soon.
We also have a few dates before the tour in the general Ohio area.
Check the
Shows section.
The Cinema Eye EP "A Complete Arsenal" is due for release the second
week of
June. It should have been out a little sooner, but things have been
delayed
due to Mikey Ott's excursion to find the true origin of the seahorse.
Poor
kid thought that a seahorse was a mythical, made-up creature for years
and
when someone told him differently, it just ruined his world. Rumor has
it
that to combat his terrible pain, he ran out and got a new hairstylist
who
convinced him that spiky Sonic the Hedgehog haircuts were back in
style. I
don't know, sounds to me like he's trying to revive that sweet early
90's
Vanilla Ice cut era. We're all behind you, Mikey, even though you've
been
thinking about carving "Word Up" into your hair.
I know we've been saying it for awhile, but the site will be revamped
very
soon. We will also be selling merch on the site soon, provided Mollie
can
get off her ass and get a PO Box.
And just so you know, here are some totally sweet things:
The Red Light Sting live.
The Death From Above EP.
Daytona.

Sorry for the update delay. We are in the process of completely revamping
the site. Hopefully, we'll soon be selling merch here, no records, just
t-shirts, buttons and stickers. Give us a little time, we're slow. We'll
also have mp3's available and some more pictures.
We've been back from tour for a few weeks, it was a lot of fun. Thanks to
all the bands we played with, the venues that supported us, and the kids
that came out to hear us--especially Conrad and Laura in NYC for putting up
with us taking over their apartment for 3 days.
The Cinema Eye EP is due for release on Sound Virus sometime in May. We're
waiting on the cover art to be finished, and then its a go. Keep your eye on
the Sound Virus site for details.
We will be going on tour with the Red Light Sting this summer. No dates have
been totally confirmed yet, but we'll let you know as soon as they are.
Audion will also be touring this summer. Dates soon.
Also, if you live in the LA area, come out to the Sound Virus showcase, with
the Blood Brothers, PGMG, Red Light Sting, and Death From Above. It'll be on
May 18th and 19th, at the Troubadour and Glasshouse, respectively. We're
opening both nights, so get there early!

The EP for Sound Virus is finally finished after about a billion weeks. It's
been sent off to the label and we're currently working on cover art. Give
David Fowler (the drummer from Audion) a pat on the back if you see him
around. He put up with us for quite awhile to make this record and he did an
amazing job. Check out the Sound Virus website for updates about its release.
The Ladyfest schedule has been finalized. Take a look at the SHOWS section
for more info.
Also, the date for the Sound Virus/H3 showcase has been posted. We're
working on a few more shows in the LA area with Audion prior to the
showcase. Get in touch with Mikey Ott from Sound Virus if you want more info
about that show, but don't be upset if he doesn't get back to you right
away. He's making a movie right now, I hear its this gigantic porn thing, I
don't know, but I'm sure its keeping him really busy.

The site is finally up. It's still in the beginning stages, so check back
for more information soon. More sections on Audion should be up shortly.
Thanks to Alice for helping out.
The Cinema Eye/ Audion split 10"/CD is available for pre-order. Check the
Sound Virus website for details.
Lots of things are in the works for the coming months. The Cinema Eye and
Audion are getting ready for a short east coast tour this March. Check the
SHOWS section for confirmed dates. The Cinema Eye will be playing at a Sound
Virus/H3 showcase this May in LA. More information about that soon. Also be
on the lookout for the Cinema Eye at Ladyfest Lansing this April.
